How we work
Binamo is an intermediary between the buyer of an apartment and its owner. This is how the process works.
For buyers
Describe the apartment you want to buy in Tbilisi, including the district and your budget in US dollars. Binamo searches its own listings and other property sites.
Options appear on Binamo pages. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp to discuss details or viewing times. The Binamo team will answer; the WhatsApp button adds the option link to your message.
The agent will answer your questions and help you arrange a viewing.
Checking availability
The apartment is sold by its owner and can be sold at any time, so an apartment shown on binamo.ge may already have been sold.
If we have checked in the last 72 hours that the owner’s original listing is still active, the listing page says “Availability checked” with the date of the check. This means the listing was still active on that day, not that the apartment is still available today.
Owner’s consent
Listings we publish for owners require their consent. Search options may also be selected from public adverts; they do not carry an owner-consent badge. We respect an owner’s refusal.
The “With the owner’s consent” mark appears on listings for which we have recorded how the owner gave consent. If the consent came by message, we also keep the owner’s reply.
An owner can withdraw consent at any time. We then take their apartment off binamo.ge within 7 working days.
For owners
If you are selling an apartment and would like it to appear on binamo.ge, contact us.
We will not publish a listing without your consent.
The listing page shows the neighbourhood and street, the location on a map, the photos, the price and details, and your own description with any phone numbers removed. Your name and phone number are not shown: buyers contact Binamo.
You pay the commission only if the apartment is bought by a buyer who came through Binamo. We agree the amount of the commission with you in advance.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: open the link we sent you and press the “Withdraw consent” button, or call us. We will take the listing off binamo.ge within 7 working days.
If you see your apartment on binamo.ge and want it taken down, call us — we will take it down within 7 working days.
