These terms apply to the use of binamo.ge.
Who we are
binamo.ge is run by Binamo. Binamo is an intermediary: the apartments published on the site do not belong to us.
Listings
Listing descriptions and photos come from the owner’s own listing. We may remove phone numbers or screenshots and correct an obvious mistake, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate. Please check the important details at the viewing.
On the Russian and English versions of the site, a listing’s title and description may be shown in translation. The translation is made automatically and is given for convenience; where it differs from the Georgian original, the original is what counts.
Price and availability
The price is set by the owner and may change. Prices are shown in US dollars and in lari; an amount converted from one currency to the other is approximate.
The apartment may already have been sold. The words “Availability checked” mean only that the owner’s listing was still active on the date shown.
Commission
The commission is paid by the owner, at the rate agreed with them, and only if the buyer came through Binamo.
Owner’s consent
We publish an apartment on binamo.ge only with its owner’s consent.
An owner can withdraw consent or ask for the apartment to be taken off the site at any time. We carry out such a request within 7 working days.
